Too many humans in this world are suffocating in debt, a slave to their job, and have a joke of plan for retirement funds. I have climbed the ladder in the working class as a trained mentor. I currently still work full time. My job as a program director is largely staff performance, and I loooove seeing the employees I train grow into their potential through the skills I have taught them.
